We will allocate as many groups to our client’s assignment as may be necessary. If during the progress of an assignment, there need to provide additional staff to ensure completion, this is immediately attended to. - About Christopher Ita Essien
Christopher Ita Essien is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a member of other professional bodies. He has practical experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation in both the private and public sectors of the economy. He attended the Southwest London College and London School of Accountancy, where he studied and passed the Association of Chartered Accountants examination in 1979. He later trained in the firm of KPMG (formerly Peat Marwick Ani, ogunde and Co) chartered Accountants and gained wide auditing experience in various sectors: banking, construction, oil and gas, and manufacturing services. He has worked with multinational and large organisations in Nigeria some of which are: nestle foods of Nigeria Ltd as internal auditor, Mercantile Bank of Nigeria (defunct) NDIC appointed director of finance and admin, University of Calabar as Bursar and managing partner of ita-essien Chris and co. He has attended several professional courses, seminars, workshops, and programs within and outside Nigeria.

Mfon E.U. Asanga graduated with a B.Sc. degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos in 1971. He was the engagement Partner for auditing services to the following:
- EU-Funded Projects in Nigeria including Oban Hills and Okwangwo Programs for Wildlife Conservation in Nigeria.
- Edison Chouhest Offshore Nigeria Limited Audit of the Supply boat services of the company.
- Edison Chouhest provides boat services to the oil industry and has its head office in the USA.
- Amni International Petroleum. Amni is an Oil exploration and producing Company in joint Venture with Abacom Resource Corporation of Canada.
- Equity Petroleum Services Nigeria Ltd. He acted as tax and accounting advisors. The Company provides wire line services to the NPDC, a Subsidiary of NNPC and other exploration and producing company of Nigeria.

Mr Celestine holds B.Sc. degree in Accounting from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Had worked in Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited where he occupied several positions including that of Auditing Manager and has experience in the areas of:

- Business process re-engineering and performance improvement.
- Viability and due diligence investigation.
- Review and implementation of Management information systems including design and implementation of computerized accounting, cost, and management information systems.

Mr Johnson Idongesit

Mr Johnson U. Idongesit graduated from the University of Ibadan in 1983. Mr Johnson is the Manager, Audit and Tax services. He has worked in Audit Firms for many years and has vast experience in Audit and Taxation. His audit experience includes the audit of Pipeline Products Marketing Company (PPMC), a subsidiary of Nigeria National Petroleum Company (NNPC).
He has worked for over nine (9) years as Chief Inspector of Taxes in the Board of Internal Revenue Service
Mr.Okhareayon Josiah Akwe

Mr Akwe graduated from the University of Benin in 1996 with B.Sc. (Hons) in Accounting, MBA (Marketing) Imo State University, Owerri in 2004. He has many years of relevant working experience and has also worked as an Internal Auditor and Chief Accountant, Koroama Clover Industry Ltd (Chemicals) Aba, Manager of Audit, in Rural Electrification Agency of Nigeria, Abuja.

Mr.Kufre-MfonEbong Ekerete graduated from the University of Calabar in 1985, Has M.Sc. (communication) from the University of Clamorgan, UK. He is the Managing Consultant of KappaKonsult Resources and Services Ltd. An expert in software development with an in-depth knowledge of data communications and financial Controls.
